I will graduate with my master’s in counseling from Daybreak University in December 2026. I am passionate about strengthening families, whether that involves improving parent-child relationships, helping couples shift unhealthy interactional patterns, or supporting individuals in healing and managing mental health challenges.

As a mother of five children ranging in age from 8 to 23, I understand the complexities of family dynamics from both personal and professional perspectives. I have extensive experience working with adolescents facing trauma, depression, and anxiety (the younger generation is very resilient!) My approach is strengths-based, grounded in the belief that each person already holds the capacity for growth and healing within themselves. I am honored to walk alongside clients as they discover new possibilities and create meaningful change.

I have completed externships in Emotionally Focused Therapy and find this approach especially effective in helping couples create lasting shifts in their patterns of interaction and develop deeper emotional connection.
